1988-1991: Art instructor at the Pedagogical Institute, Holguín, Cuba.

 

• Participated in many events, at the local and national level, related to the Teaching of Fine Arts, 

• Designed, adapted, and implemented art programs, contributing to the improvement of art education in Cuba.

• He used different media and techniques such as watercolor, oil, and acrylic paintings, drawing, and printmaking in his professional career as an artist and art teacher.

• Taught drawing, painting, printmaking, and creative development processes.

• Capable of giving lectures, demonstrations, workshops, and classes in any and all of these media and/or specific techniques.

• Capable of adapting teaching methods to the level of the students involved whether they are just looking for an introductory overview or an in-depth understanding of a particular medium.

• Carried out an Art and Education international exchange project since 2005, between the Fine Arts Academy “El Alba”, Cuba and the Collège de Bois-de-Boulogne, Montreal, Canada, exhibiting the results in the Musée des Beaux-Arts, Montreal, in 2008, 2013 and 2014.
